Narrative:
A Cessna T182T Turbo Skylane, N665B, was destroyed when it was involved in an accident near Albany, Wyoming. The pilot and passenger were fatally injured.

Preliminary information indicates the pilot reported icing during the flight. The final seconds of ADS-B data show the airplane in a descending right spiral towards the ground, with an average rate of -2112 ft/min.
