The aircraft impacted the waters of the Atlantic Ocean offshore of Dania Beach Ocean Park, east of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (KFLL), Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The airplane sustained substantial damage and the two occupants on board received fatal injuries. Weather may have been a factor to the accident
I have included a number of comms with other aircraft to give an idea of the weather conditions.

Sad to say since the controller did issue the precip area but a Contributing factor will most likely be that the controller didn't issue the wind shear alert to the Cessna. It was exactly where he went down and certainly could have been a large factor for him at that altitude and in a turn reversing direction. RIP
