one of the kbos clearance delivery controllers is always saying "mocha hagadi" what does this mean?

it is a slogan that Cape Air uses.  It means to "Make our Customers Happy and Have a Good Time Doing It."  Boston John says it a lot and I have heard one or two other controllers saying it from time to time.
