Busy KPBI tells Ops, NO !!!

Listening on my way home from work (about an hour drive yesterday), listening to KPBI here in West Palm,
I love this controller, and he had a busy segment, two go arounds, and wind change which lead to runway change,
and between all the Private Aircraft, and normal Commercial Aircraft, and a lot of Helicopter traffic (the entire hour from 15:00-16:00 EST)
was thoroughly a pleasure to listen to.  Towards the end of my ride, while they were doing the runway change, OPS chimed in,
and even I knew what he was going to ask, of all times to request a runway inspection !!!!  As if there wasn't enough going on.

He handled it pretty smoothly and politely !
