Title: Beech E-90 (#N975SP) flight at Albuquerque on 29 March

On a couple of previous occasions I have posted audio clips containing communications between airport controllers and aircraft carrying out surveys in the vicinity of airports where there has been a least a hint that the controllers had not been given adequate details of the flights. I'm not sure whether the clip I'm posting here may relate to some sort of survey flight but whatever its purpose, there is a suggestion that the controller hadn't been fully briefed on planned movements.
