Beaver (KBVI) Skylane lands in field

I was working in the tower this morning (between 1500z and 1600z) and we had a skylane declare an emergency, but the archive feed on here seems unintelligibly fuzzy, am I downloading it wrong? should be towards the very end of the clip.

Overloaded input...feeder needs to lower the scanner volume and/or adjust the input audio level on the sound acrd.
