I noticed you tagged the MP3 as pilot dies. Best wishes and prayers  to the family.

Not sure about death -- best wishes to the Captain & his family though.

FWIW, some Googling turned up this link but not much else:

Well, I'm not sure about his death either.

It looks like an abdominal pain and should not be more than that but I read somewhere that the pilot finally had passed away so... I trusted it basically.

"I read it somewhere" is not good journalism.  Am I to understand that you cannot now cite your source?  You need to go back and undo whatever you cannot confirm.  If nothing else you owe it to the patient's family.

I believe that what you're referring to may be the recent incident on USAirways Flight 550 which was posted about here:
http://www.liveatc.net/forums/atcaviation-audio-clips/us-airways-flight-550-pilot-dies-in-flight/

AFAIK this incident did not result in any fatalities & I agree that you should err on the side of caution when it comes to this kind of stuff...

Indeed, FlightRadar did post on Twitter about this incident but definitely nothing in the Tweet (or the responses) to indicate a fatality:

Okay, I definitely lost my faculties to read.... after so many years speaking English I still misunderstand some things :x :x

Pass out:    Lose consciousness
Pass away: Die

I enormously sorry for this guys. The pilot DID NOT die. He just got ill
