The crew of a KLM Fokker 70 on ground frequency reported smoke coming from the left main gear of the Yangtse River Express cargo flight 7453 which had just vacated runway 06. Tower instructed an arriving Surinam Airways A343 to go around in order to facilitate fire trucks crossing runway 06.
