This is just the initial declaration of the emergency, they ended up evacuating onto the runway after a sporty approach into JFK.

Here is an edit of it. I heard it live and I had a feeling you also did. I'm really glad you posted the Center feed of it as I don't really know them and was not looking foward to try to find it.
