in which "emphasis is placed on procedures that grounded nearly 5,000 aircraft to achieve an unprecedented state of 'Air Traffic Control Zero'.  Wonder if anyone in this forum has seen it?

That was a short clip. After the jacking did it go down fairly quickly? If they were at 350 that must have been a very fast decent or was this edited?

Try Tailstrike...I think they have a long 20 minute audio of ATC and other aircraft trying to contact the United flight that went down in the field on 9/11.
