No disrespect meant to the KDEN feeder volunteer, but I was stuck in that airport during a thunderstorm yesterday (5/18) and I couldn't hear a thing on the tower feed except a persistent feedback-type hum and an occasional burst of static. I don't know if the feed uses the wrong frequencies, or maybe is too far away to get reception except under optimal conditions. I would have loved to hear chatter about the ramp closures and ground halt (lightning, hail, funnel clouds).
