Recorded in the year 2000, an Ansett Australia 767-200 registered VH-RMD (callsign Romeo Mike Delta) suffers engine trouble shortly after commencing descent into Melbourne, Australia. The recording picks up with ATC asking the crew if they wish to declare an emergency. IIRC the problem engine was successfully re-started closer in but these transmissions weren't recorded.
