AA B777-200 with engine issue at KMIA/Confused Cessna pilot helped by ATC

American Airlines B777-200 engine problem near Miami on 12 April forces the aircraft to return to KMIA shortly after taking off for Paris (France). Unfortunately no audio is available covering the actual decision to return because the feed is just too noisy to get anything from it.
