American Airlines Declares Emergency KLGA / KJFK

An American Airlines MD-80 lost an egine on take-off from LaGuardia and safely landed at JFK - read story below:

Here you go...the only thing we have appears to be Kennedy Tower coverage...some silence removed here and there.

Kudos to the pilots and the air traffic controllers.  Glad this was a happy ending.

Thanks Dave.  I have a co-worker that was on the flight and he was curious to hear what the pilot communication was.

Nice one. First time I have heard CSA flight on Live ATC. Funny to hear the significant czech accent. I must sound just like that guy in English  :lol:
