It almost looks like a downdraft pushed the plane closer to the ground than it would normally go on landing, perhaps startling that pilot or another pilot into swearing.  Might be the camera angle though.

I don't think that's it.  If you listen to the radar altimeter callouts, they are at a steady rhythm every 10 feet, and the touchdown is right in time with the spot where the "zero" would be in the rhythm.  (Count it out like a musician...)

It looks to me like there is a sudden yaw to the left just after touchdown, followed by significant rudder input to correct.  I wonder if that was the event that brought the exclamation.
