5/23/25 ~1615Z Blackjack-1 US Coast Guard MH65 requests Eastbound departure over DCA requiring go-around by JIA5668 on ~5mi final for Rwy 1 just south of Wilson Bridge.

This mission was presumably in response to a Cessna flying between Freeway and Tipton airports in MD squawking 1200 which did not have an SFRA flight plan and was not on Potomac frequency (ADIZ East 132.77).  Presumably this aircraft was not transmitting ADSB either as no data was available on ADSB-Exchange other than a couple of radar data points.

1611Z ADIZ East and KRANT controllers were attempting to contact aircraft "5mi South of Tipton" (ADIZ East) / "4mi North of Freeway" (KRANT).

1613Z ADIZ East continues attempts to contact aircraft "in the pattern at Tipton squawking 1200"

1614Z ADIZ East asked CAP1820 in the area of Tipton at the time, to relay the message to the Cessna (presumably on a Tipton advisory frequency) to contact Potomac.  Cessna pilot made contact; pilot was given squawk and VFR instructions for return to Tipton, and phone number for possible pilot deviation after brief discussion on lack of required SFRA flight plan

1616Z Blackjack departs DCA to the East, around the time Potomac had finished communicating with the Cessna which was returning to Tipton

1619Z Blackjack broke off with request to return to DCA via standard Zone 2/5 route.

Bonus material - ADIZ East controller telling CAP1820 to stay out of TFR at Naval Academy.

Combination of ADIZ East (132.77), KRANT (125.65), HELI and TWR starting ~1611Z.  Edited for time and content, not realtime etc.
