As reported in a local newspaper, Público (https://www.publico.pt/2018/11/11/sociedade/noticia/pedimos-autorizacao-aterrar-agua-agua-aviao-incontrolavel-ouca-audio-emergencia-aerea-1850720), Air Astana KC1388 (https://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/kc1388#1e84fc24) E190 took off from Alverca Airfield (LPAR), where there is an Embraer maintenance facility,  and experienced loss of control. The plane was eventually vectored to Beja airport (BYJ/LPBJ) where it landed safely on the third try.
