Who was on this flight? 9253 is usually a ferry flight no. right? but they had 231 people on board...

Probably a charter, not a ferry flight.

good evening!

i have a question. In this recording there's a 'hitter"on B-767? what's this?

3019, I’ll let you know, Sir. Our problem is we’re losing fluid out of the center hydraulic which is the 767 is a big hitter.

He says "...which on the 767 is a big hitter"  - it means the same as "... is a big deal".  If they continue to lose hydraulic fluid, aircraft control could take a bit hit.  That's all.  No "hitters" on board!  :)
