Title: AAL1753 feeling sassy?

Dallas feed, "KDFW-Aug-19-2009-1600Z" ... around 13 minutes in until 13:30.  A few nicer ways to phrase that.

That recording is over 30 minutes long. Any chance you can get it down to minute or two you're talking about?

I think fholbert means if you can trim it so the mp3 just plays that part.

There is some truth to what he said.  Aviate, navigate, communicate in that order.

But yes, he didn't have to add that.  If they didn't reply, there was probably a reason.  But controllers like it when you are polite to them.  Plus it's fun!  Always great to be nice to new people, especially those who keep you safe in the skies.

Right, I can understand he needed to fly the plane, just find some different wording would have been nice.  Flying the plane (should) always come first!
