AA 1266 blows right side mains on takeoff out of RNO

Happened around 1:30 in the morning on 6/25/19
Blows both right side mains, upon request to return, find out preferred runway is closed by equipment and chemicals.
3 clips sorry I didn't get a chance to edit them. 
Tower realised the tire blew about 1 minute into the first clip. 
Landing is approximately 4 minutes into the last clip.
