A Piper PA-32R had a loss of engine power and when the engine quit completely decided to try to land on a road he saw. On landing he struck a powerline and ended up inverted on the ground. 

Note that the first time the controller ask a plane to go and look for them is 20 minutes after they went down and the report that emergency vehicles had found them took place about an hour after the crash. I cut out a lot of silence.
