Title: 8 Jan: Air Canada Rouge #AC1823 declared PAN PAN just after departure from CYYZ

#AC1823  Toronto to Honolulu.

Reported landing gear door possibly stuck open.  Ran checklists. Emergency services were dispatched.
Original expectations to land in 20-30 minutes proved to be wrong. Fuel had to burnt to reduce landing weight  (see track here https://twitter.com/twitter/statuses/950222298623172609) Oil leak found after landing.

With an original destination Honolulu, I wouldn't have expected just a downwind vector and taking them in so easy haha
