Nice catch - have you had a chance to see one yet?
Honestly this is not meant to sound snooty, but I forget it's kind of a privilege to live so close to Boeing Field, that it's not an uncommon event to be driving south on I-5 and look off to the side and see one of the 787s on short final a couple hundred yards out the passenger window, right level with your eyeballs...

Actually no, a couple work buddies got to see him come in I was just listening in. Of course I had things to do on the day he decides to come by, but I heard it was spectacular.

OK, I'm not bragging (well, yeah, I kinda am...) but I was JUST checking in on this thread, and - no joke - I looked up out my office window and saw another 787 on approach to Boeing field. White fulelage, dark tail with "787" on it (so not the "ANA" which I think is serial # 001).
Touched down approx 1002 PDT (1701Z) on KBFI Rwy 13R, in case anybody wants to check the archives to see if I'm just lying to get attention. :-D :wink:

Yes your bragging, of course its going to be flying at Boeing Field. That's why I posted it because it flew into SOCAL to Ontario Airport from Edwards on a test flight, he didn't even touch down just a real low approach and back to Edwards.
