Title: 7 May: Southwest 1118 flaps problem and low fuel(only approach)

Soutwest 1119 had an abnormal flaps indication on approach to Dallas Love airport and decided to divert to DFW for the longer runway. They also reported that they had 15 minutes of fuel left.
Unfortunately the tower frequency they were put on does not seem to be covered here so the audio is only from approach.
