Title: 26 May: Piper PA-28R-180 Arrow, N3206R, emergency landing on freeway

The airplane had trouble climbing after takeoff from Ogden-Hinckley Airport and when it started to descend the pilot was forced to land it on the freeway.

A 19 year old flight instructor?

The flight instructor was 19 or had been a flight instructor for 19 years??
