https://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/b6221#10d74f2f

this is the flight in question
01:40 UTC 27th of march is when the turn towards RDU was made.
landing is about 02:08 UTC

so if you want the landing and approach this is the time you need to listen to regarding these feeds:
https://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=rdu

there are archives linked to each feed and the time i just listed above.

don't know which center sectors where involved so finding the right feed is not so easy.
it's ZDC so that is Washington Center on these feeds here:
https://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=zdc

the wilmington feed could have something.
and indeed at 8 minutes into this:
http://archive-server.liveatc.net/kilm/ZDC-KILM2-Mar-27-2018-0130Z.mp3
jetblue221 checks in. don't think you can hear the plane though only the controller.
at 13:20 into the file jetblue makes a request but you can only hear the controller answer.
declaring an emergency going to RDU
17:56 switch to ZDC on 118.47 (frequency not covered by liveatc)

let's see if we can find them again a few minutes late on approach.
so on
http://archive-server.liveatc.net/krdu/KRDU-App-Mar-27-2018-0200Z.mp3
you can hear  jet blue being switched to tower at 05:49
there is communication before but it's hard to understand

so let's try the tower feed last:
http://archive-server.liveatc.net/krdu/KRDU-Twr2-Mar-27-2018-0200Z.mp3

but you can only hear the tower controller because approach put them on another frequency that is not covered by liveatc so jetblue could talk to emergency vehicles.
categorized as an alert 2 that's as much as i could gather.

so there is really not much to hear.
