Title: 26 Dec: Tame 8103 unreliable speed and altitude with unnecessary no-gyro vectors

This one is from last year. Tame 8103 had unreliable speed and altitude indicaton and decided to return to JFK. A misunderstanding of the problem led to approach giving them no gyro vectors. The pilot seemed a bit confused but went along with it.
