24 Jan 2018: A passenger onboard Qantas flight 566 (Perth-Sydney A330) presents with a medical problem over southern New South Wales, the crew request expedited tracking with Melbourne Centre. A short time later ATC declare a PAN on the crews behalf to enable priority into Sydney.
