I came across this one whilst searching for an another incident which occurred at Los Angeles on 20 May involving an Airmexico plane.
Whilst the United aircraft was taking off from Runway 24L the pilot of another aircraft reported what he thought was a fuel leak from the United's right wing. There were no indications of a problem on the aircraft and the flight appears to have continued to Cleveland without incident.
Although I've trimmed silent periods from the archived file, on this occasion I've not deleted communications with other aircraft on the frequency as I think to do so would reduce the impact of the situation. The audio file includes the aircraft's uneventful and punctual arrival at KCLE.
