Title: 18 Jul: Malaysia 134 unreliable airspeed and more returned to Brisbane

A Malaysia Airlines A333 declared PAN PAN PAN after takeoff from Brisbane airport reporting that they had unrelaible airspeed. They also had a leak and no nose wheel steering. Reports after landing say that they had departed with the pitot covers still on.
