27:20 initial contact. 

28:00 cleared to land

Windy 360 16 G 32 cleared to circle from 6 to 1.

28:12 "you gonna start that turn"  says tower. 

28:55 "Tower uh that learjet just crashed"

It seems wind velocity could well turn out to have been a big factor in this tragedy.
I've  listened to the subsequent LTEB archived files - finding them to be rather noisy and containing nothing of significance. I've also tried  to follow the progress of the ill fated flight from Philadelphia International to see if this contained anything of interest. I have been unable to find any communications for the very short middle phase of the flight. The attached file contains the comms with KPHL Delivery and Tower and there is no hint of the impending tragedy.
