14/12/2017: An Emirates A380 (A6-EUF) operating flight EK413 from Christchurch to Sydney diverts to Melbourne after making two missed approaches in Sydney due to inclement weather. En-route to Melbourne the crew make a PAN call due to a low fuel situation.

14/12/2017: An Emirates A380 (A6-EUF) operating flight EK413 from Christchurch to Sydney diverts to Melbourne after making two missed approaches in Sydney due to inclement weather. En-route to Melbourne the crew make a PAN call due to a low fuel situation.

'Inclement weather' may be a bit of an understatement judging by the attached audio clips compiled from the Sydney Tower and Approach/Departure archives. It is also evident from the second clip (at the end) the crew of EK413 had concerns about fuel as they left Sydney for Melbourne.
