Title: 13 Jan: N75191 fatal accident due to medical problem(pilot is not heard)

The pilot had some sort of medical problem and crashed in a field in McCook County, South Dakota. Sioux Falls approach talked to him for about 20 minutes trying to get him to land anywhere he could.
