I've been using the old Indy Center sector map for some time now. For the most part, the boundaries are correct; Sector 75 (125.125 near Indianapolis) is missing, and a few freqs are off.
Yesterday I came across a document (link below) about the Midwest Airspace Enhancement, which took place 2006. It goes into detail about new Cleveland sectors, as well as one Indianapolis sector: "University" (77). I found a few references to it via Google, but nothing of significance.

Here's what I've gathered so far:
Name: University
ID: UNI(?) - purely a guess since it sits near KUNI
#: 77
Altitudes: FL231-FL349 (it's either Intermediate or High)
The position of it looks like it is essentially the upper half of CRW HI (85) - see attachment.
Does anyone know more about this sector? Any help is appreciated.

I would be interested in this as well if anyone can provide an official new updated ZID sector chart.
I think (my best guess) University UNV HI (77) in addition to being the northern half of CRW HI (85), as you mention, now also includes the southwest corner of APE HI (87), so that UNV HI (77) now borders SGH IM (78) and DAY HI (88) to the northwest and MAD HI (66) and BTV SH (76) to the west, UNV HI (77) and APE HI (87) are FL240 to FL340 and merge when traffic is light.

The way I drew it in on mine was as follows:
- scratch out red line from the "P" in PIK LO (69) to the eastern border
- scratch out red line segment from the right of the PIK LO (69) entry to the "M" in PMH
- new line from the "3" in YRK LO (23) to just below the "V" in ZANESVILLE
- new line from the "P" in PIK LO (69) to the "M" in PMH
- new line from the "M" in PMH, horizontal to the bend on the eastern border
- CRW HI (85) and BOB IM (79) move down to below the horizontal line
This is only for the middle sectors; I don't think the LCK SH (97) and HNN SH (95) sectors are affected.

Sounds about right.
There is also another new super high sector that uses frequency 120.875, it appears to be FL370 and above and overlies the DAC SH (93) and BTV SH (76) sectors.

Ah, okay. I've never heard of a sector being capped at FL450 before ? Is there actually another sector above this from FL460 to FL600 ?

I don't know the sector name for LCK.

SECTOR-97 LCK SH
LCK is the Lockbourne sector, FL350 and above, it overlies APE HI (87) and UNV HI (77).
