No frequencies however a breakdown of low and high sectors. Had a little help after prodding. Theyare screenshots from Flightexplorer taht someone posted

oh and if someone wants to drop me an e-mail I canporbably let you know freq's from listening to the old FLL feed as well as the present PBI feed.
