Since info is hard to come by, as I find them I will post it. Feel free to update/make corrections.

MIAMI CTA/FIR HAVANA CTA/FIR -- MIAMI CTA/FIR
Aircraft on IFR flight plans entering the Miami CTA/FIR at FL240 and above from the Havana CTA/FIR are requested to establish communication with Miami Oceanic CTA/FIR boundary (Long. 2400N) on the frequencies listed below for airways/direct routes:
between 8100W-8300W 132.2 VHF/323.1 UHF
between 8000W-8100W 124.7 VHF/323.0 UHF
between 7810W-8000W 135.22 VHF/381.45 UHF
between 7810W-Southeast to 2200N/7500 W 127.22 VHF/239.02 UHF
Aircraft on IFR flight plans entering the Miami CTA/FIR below FL240 from the Havana CTA/FIR are requested to establish communication with Miami ARTCC 10 minutes prior to the Miami Oceanic CTA/FIR boundary (Long. 2400N) on the frequencies listed below:
B646 & G765 - 132.2 VHF/323.1 UHF
B503 - 127.22 VHF/239.02 UHF
G437 - 125.7 VHF/307.9 UHF
A301 & R628 - 135.6 VHF/269.05 UHF.

MIAMIATC:
actually have been listening here in FLL and there seems to be a fewother frequencies such as 126.325 whiuch seems to be a replacement of 135.225 and there seems to be action on 126.375 ?? Will be leaving tomorrow back to NY  arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!

I sent it to Daryl, because I did not hear from you, and know that you were on vacation. I will send the High and some what complete low sector map with freqs that I sent to daryl. ZMA64 is using 126.525 followed by ZMA 40 for  flights going over to Jamaica/Cuba via URSUS to UCA will use 126.325 10 mins before Havana Airspace

ok back home from a 7 hour flight from fll to ewr there is a freeq that was being used and it was 126.275 and you are right on the 123.675
