Here's the latest version of my notes for the Eastern Seaboard. The frequencies should be correct within the last 6 months. Navaid and waypoint data is about 2 years old and needs to be updated as there has been some airspace reorganization over this time. If anyone notices any frequency changes or sector updates/corrections please post them here or PM me so I can update the chart. Thanks.
