Let's see...

Satellite:
121.0 (NW)
126.975 (NE)
119.8 (SW)
128.57(SE)
127.5 (Outlying NE, GVL, AHN)
124.2 (MCN Approach, part of A80)
125.5 (CSG Approach, part of A80)

KATL approach/departure frequencies:
128.0 (NW Arrival)
128.52 (NE Arrival)
127.9 (S Arrival)

127.25 (8/26 L/R Final)
124.6 (9/27 L/R Final)
118.35 (10/28 Final)

125.7 (8/26 L/R Departure)
135.7 (9/27 L/R Departure)
135.37 (10/28 Departure)

Others of interest:
125.9 McCollum Tower
120.9 DeKalb Peachtree Tower
118.45 Fulton County Tower
124.1 Briscoe Tower
120.75 Dobbins Tower

134.120, 138.4 Dobbins GCA (listen to PAR approaches)

The center frequencies look to be correct. You can receive 133.1, 134.8, and 121.35 fairly well on the north side of Atlanta. They all share the same remote transmitter site on Mt Oglethorpe NNW of Atlanta.

Circled frequencies are primary ones designated in the sectors. Multiple frequencies in depicted sectors are sometimes switched around.
